At Exposure Inspections and Controls Inc. there is no shortage of experience or lack of work ethic. The founder and owner has a accumulated 20+years of hands on experience, from conducting inspections of the drainage infrastructure, to discussing unique recommendations of diversified types of rehabilitation methodologies most suitable, to being in the pit getting dirty, and Thanking every valued customer for opportunities after successful completions of procured work. Some rehabilitation methodology regularly utilized range from complete open dig excavation of manholes and catch basins, to partial excavations for re-sealing and adjustment of grade stopping undesired infiltration, and resetting/leveling the height to match existing. CIPP ( cured in place pipe ) installation both in mainline and service laterals is only a start to the modern ways in which rehabilitation methods occur within. There is more....we do trenchless section point repairs, sewer main flushing / reaming of attached deposits and hydraulic root cutting, offer Non-Destructive Hydro Excavation, and asphalt or concrete replacement, we have even done residential exterior sub-surface wall weatherproofing.
